The Nadur MUSEUM Males Section is once again holding a Last Supper Display at its Centre in San Gorg Preca Street.
This popular exhibition, being held for the 27th year, includes 15 life-size statues by James Azzopardi, all displayed in a set-up especially constructed each year to add an ambiance for the visitors which is reminiscent of the times of Jesus.
The Last Supper Display, popularly known as “Ic-Cena Tas-Sinjur Gesu,’” was officially opened today, and viewing is until 5.30pm, from tomorrow, Saturday, to Wednesday, it is open from 6.00pm to 9.00pm, on Maundy Thursday from 6.00pm to 11.00pm and on Good Friday 9.30am to 3.00pm and 7.00pm to 10.00pm.
